PUPPIES!

Finally, after waiting the whole summer, we have foster puppies. 

Getting to know you...getting to know all about you...

They are tiny and cute and they smell like poop!

They are 8 week old pit bull puppies that traveled here from one of the southern states that I can't remember.

One of the first things that happens to foster puppies here is the spa.  They always get a nice bath and a nail trim so they smell better.

My mama and papa love the smell of puppies, especially when they don't smell like poop any more!

They are so small they kind of scare me, especially when they sneak up from behind and smell my junk!  They also have very sharp teeth - good grief.

It's been so cold, we haven't gotten to play outside very much but they have lots of room in the nice, warm cellar and they get lots of play time with my mama and papa. 

They found a funny ball but they really have no idea what to do with it.  I could show them but I don't play with balls, so they are on their own.

 

They are shameless beggars.

Puppies play a lot but only for short periods of time, then they get really sleepy and take a nap.  That's when I get the people all to myself!  Sweet dreams puppies.
