Mr. Chewy

My mama reads a lot of blogs and that turned out to be a good thing.  She won a giveaway from Jess at the Pittieful Love blog.  Want to know what she won?  Well, it was a $50 certificate to none other than

That's right, $50 to an online pet food (and treat) retailer.  The box came TODAY!!!
I KNEW it was for me!  I could SMELL it was for me so I agreed to help get it open.
Something in here smells GOOOOOOD

Real GOOOOOOOD
Aaaah, at last.
My mama ordered lots of treats.  Oh yeah baby.....

Look at all this stuff
PureBites, Zukes and Knuckle bones
What the heck is a knuckle bone anyway?
I tried to help my papa unwrap the KB but he said "I don't need your help, thank you very much".  Then he put it way up high on the counter ;o(  So, I did what I do...I waited
See how patient I am?
"What is taking you soooo long????"

"So, this is a knuckle bone."
My mama was very happy with Mr. Chewy.  She said the web-sight was easy to use and they had lots of different kinds of food and treats.  It's not just for dogs either, they have stuff for lazy, bossy fur-balls cats and other animals, too.  They sent our order really fast and she said their prices were reson-uh-bull.  She promises that once my treats are gone, she'll order me more from Mr. Chewy.

If you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go work on my new knuckle bone.

Ru-mer has it, there's another one of these in the freezer for the ride home to May-nuh.  Yum!

Happy Valentines Day

I love being loved, doesn't every dog!  I don't remember much about my time at the shelter but I don't think I felt loved.  I think I felt scared, afraid, alone, maybe sad, but not loved.  That is until my foster mama took me home, then my mama and papa adopted me.  I think it took awhile for me to feel loved even then but I sure do feel loved now!

I know my mama loves me because she brought her sewing machine to Floor-i-duh and MADE me a new bandana for Valentine's Day.
My mama calls here bandanas "Kiki's Kanine Kerchiefs" and they are all reversible, so it's like getting two bandanas in one.

I know my papa loves me because he bought me a new HUGE marrow bone at the butchers even though I haven't finished the old one.
This is a facsimile of the real new bone
AND, after dinner I got to play with a nearly empty peanut butter jar! (You have to take my word for this.)
Me and my papa on our walk
A close-up showing my new bandana
My papa giving me some lovin'.  After all, it's Valentine's Day ;o)
Hope you felt loved today.

And the Answer Is...

It's my new collar!
(There isn't a flaw in the buckle, it's just a reflection in the photo)
It's from a company called "Flying Dog" and you can check out their website here.  My mama and papa saw it at a new little pet store in Punta Gorda when they went to the Gallery Walk last week.  They liked it because it has a stainless steel buckle, not a plastic one.  If you order from the website you can have the buckle engraved but I like mine plain.

Check me out!  I'm stylin...

I like the way it looks so "happy" against my shiny brown fur.  My papa says it makes me look less scary to other people than my black one with the bling.
I don't know what they're talkin' about, I think I look very handsome no matter what I'm wearing.

Sneak Peek

Know what this is?
Obviously, it's yellow fabric with dots on it.  My mama loves fabric with dots.  If she were home in May-nuh I would let her post a picture of her stack of fabric with dots.  She says she is collecting all the dotted fabric to make something really special in the future.  I have my doubts because she says that a lot and never really makes anything, just keeps buying fabric.  That's a lot of money she could be spending on doggie toys, for me, if you get my drift.  But, she isn't home, she's here in Floor-i-duh with me and my papa. Yeah!

So, what do you think this fabric with dots is for?
