It's Fine Being Nine!

Happy Birthday to ME!  Happy super, duper, spectacular Birthday to ME!  I admit, I love a good birthday and today it's MINE!  WooHoo!  Let's celebrate.
You're probably wondering how I celebrated being nine.  Well...to be honest, the day was kind of boring.  My mama insisted on the "annual birthday photo shoot".  Ugh!  I really don't like having my picture taken over and over and over again BUT...there was a stick of cheese involved, so I relented.

I will point out, it's the same silly hat as last year and I think the year before.  My mama is a serious slacker when it comes to buying me something new to wear for these silly pictures.  And don't be fooled by the bandana, it's the same as last year, only the other side because it's reversible.
Please note...I expertly covered my private parts
I'll smile for cheese!
My somber expression
Smiling because I'm NAKED! (not counting my party hat)
Aren't we about done here?
I'm bored...
What is that on my eye?  I know I have a small beauty mole, but seriously...that's not a small mole!  Looks more like I'm wearing a marble on my eye.  Must be the light ;o)
Looking good in my birthday suit!
Finally, once my mama had enough pictures to satisfy her and all the cheese was gone, I got some gifts.  Yes, dogs get gifts.
I got a new leash that matches my collar.  My old leash is about as old as me and was getting pretty worn, so everyone (well, not me but everyone else) decided a new one was in order.  I also got a really cool, funny-in-my-mouth squeaking duck.
Finally...ICE CREAM.  My mama and papa took a trip to the ice cream store, without me!  I suspect they treated themselves to celebrating my birthday with ice cream of their own before bringing mine home.
I can be very attentive when I want to be.
I'm feeling very good for nine.  My mama is kind of sad though because, although I've always had white hairs under my chin, she is seeing more of them on my face.  A couple here, a couple there.  Eventually I'll look my age.

Until next time...Sir Titan of Nottingham CGC TT
